LIBRARY PROCESS
Step 1: Review either the library catologues at the group meetings or the library listings online.
Step 2: Provide a 'Request Form'. Paper forms are available at the group meetings. Alternatively, paper forms can be downloaded in PDF format from the library form page, or the online order form can be used on the same page.
Step 3: Check out the item(s). A refundable deposit of £5 per item is required and a maximum of 3 items can be checked out at any one time.
Step 4: The item(s) are to be returned or extended the following month.
Step 5: Deposit returned.
Notes:
- The library is only available for those known to us and ⁄ or members who have attended a least a few of our group meetings.
- Books and DVDs can be extended by an additional 1–2 months unless the book or DVD have been requested by another group member.
- Magazines cannot be extended.
- All borrowers are expected to treat the borrowed item carefully and return it in the condition that it was lent. If a book or DVD is damaged, the deposit will be forfeit and if it is damaged beyond further use, the borrower will be expected to replace it.
