General Benjamin Wiley Chidlaw
Benjamin Wiley Chidlaw (December 18, 1900 – February 21, 1977) directed the development of the United States' original jet engine and jet aircraft. He joined the United States Army Air Service, at the time a precursor to the United States Air Force (USAF), in 1922 and for several years served in training and engineering positions. By 1940 he was chief of the Experimental Engineering Branch and involved with the development of jet engines. During World War II he was deputy commander of 12th Tactical Air Command and later organized the establishment of the 22nd Tactical Air Command in the European Theater of Operations. After the war he remained in senior command positions and finished his career with the USAF in 1955 as commander in chief of the Continental Air Defense Command with the rank of General. He died in 1977 at the age of 76.
Chidlaw stated; "We have stacks of reports about flying saucers. We take them seriously when you consider we have lost many men and planes trying to intercept them." ".
General Carlos Castro Cavero
Spanish Air Force General and former Commander of Spain's Third Aerial Region.
A statement given to the world in the 1974 in Spain. There were numerous reports about craft and beings in the local newspapers. In 1976, Spanish journalist Juan Benitez received 300 pages of such reports and interviewed Spanish General Carlos Castro Cavero who gave him this personal statement:
"The nations of the world are currently working together in the investigation of the UFO phenomenon. There is an international exchange of data. Maybe when this group of nations acquires more precise and definite information, it will be possible to release the news to the world."
"I myself have observed one for more than an hour... It was an extremely bright object, which remained stationary there for that length of time and then shot off towards Egea de los Caballeros, covering the distance of twenty kilometers in less than two seconds. No human device is capable of such a speed."
He added that "the Spanish Air Ministry investigated UFO cases, including instances in which pilots had flown alongside UFOs, but when they tried to get closer, the UFOs moved away at fantastic speeds. The investigations were kept confidential at the time, so skeptics have claimed that I was probably inventing that the Spanish Air Ministry studied UFO sightings in secret;" but in 1992 the Spanish Air Force finally began to systematically declassify its UFO files, which proved that there were official investigation of UFO reports in the Spanish military.

Air Commodore David Thorne
Director of General Operations for the Zimbabwe Air Force in 1985.
A round object topped with a cone was seen by dozens of people over the skies of Zimbabwe. With pilots, air traffic controllers in the control tower at Bulawayo Airport now Joshua Mqabuko Nkomo International Airport, and dozens of Civilian witnesses.
David Thorne sees no explanation in sight.
"We have not been able to identify the object," he says "We have had to classify it as a UFO."
"The craft was spotted as it streaked over southern Zimbabwe. Then air traffic controllers watched it hover and tracked it on radar. 2 Air Force jets went after the object, and the pilots described it as incredibly shiny, reflecting the colours of the sunset. Our estimates indicate that the UFO was travelling at twice the speed of sound. And when it got dark outside, we realized the Object was emitting its own light. Our pilots are completely reliable," Thorne contends. "This cannot be dismissed as a plane, weather balloon, or natural phenomenon."
"This is the first sighting in Zimbabwe where airborne pilots have tried to intercept a UFO. As far as my Air Staff is concerned, we believe implicitly that the unexplained UFOs are from civilizations beyond our planet."
General George S. Brown
General George Scratchley Brown was chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Department of Defence, Washington, D.C. In this capacity, he served as the senior military adviser to the President, the National Security Council and the Secretary of Defence. He was also responsible for executing the decisions of the National Command Authorities regarding worldwide readiness and employment of combat forces of the United States Army, Navy, Air Force and Marine Corps.
His military decorations and awards include the Distinguished Service Medal with three oak leaf clusters, Silver Star, Legion of Merit with two oak leaf clusters, Distinguished Flying Cross with oak leaf cluster, Bronze Star Medal, Air Medal with three oak leaf clusters, Joint Service Commendation Medal and Army Commendation Medal.
"I don’t know whether this story has ever been told or not. They weren’t called UFOs. They were called enemy helicopters. And they were only seen at night and they were only seen in certain places. They were seen up around the DMZ [demilitarized zone] in the early summer of ’68. And this resulted in quite a little battle. And in the course of this, an Australian destroyer took a hit and we never found any enemy, we only found ourselves when this had all been sorted out. And this caused some shooting there, and there was no enemy at all involved but we always reacted. Always after dark. The same thing happened up at Pleiku in the Highlands in ‘69. and we found there that they had moved the radar in and the Army started to work and we finally got that radar out of there and then they quit worrying about their problem.”".

From the White Sands Proving Ground in New Mexico where he worked as a Missile engineer, Fry had planned to join the July 4, 1949 evening festivities in nearby Las Cruces but missed the last bus. Finding the Bachelor Officers Quarters (BOQ) where he stayed too hot, he decided to explore a path in the desert he had never been down. There, Fry claimed a 30-foot (10 m) diameter, 16 foot (5 m) high oblate spheroid landed in front of him, and he talked remotely with the pilot who operated the craft from a mother ship 900 miles (1400 km) above Earth. Fry claimed he was invited aboard and flown over New York City and back in 30 minutes (other reports say an hour). During the flight and subsequent meetings, Fry asserted that he talked with the pilot named Alan, (pronounced "a-lawn") who gave Fry information on physics, the prehistory of Earth including Atlantis and Lemuria and the foundations of civilization.
" The voice told me that expeditions from the UFOs planet had been visiting Earth for centuries to try to help human development, but had yet to meet people who were sufficiently intelligent". Fry also said"The CIA have suppressed my story for 12 years".

Colonel-General Alexander Skryabin
Russian Air Force Retired
This Russian General allegedly personally communicated with extraterrestrials. He was sent underground to have training with them… He said that this was a terrible experience… The General said that humanity was sold to the Satanic extraterrestrials by our Presidents and our corrupted governments.
INTERVIEWER: "And you’ve seen how presidents communicate with them"?
"Yes, several times I have personally seen how Gorbachev met with them, and then once Yeltsin".
INTERVIEWER: "Are they, really, like in the movies kidnapped people and then people do not remember"?
"True. I’m telling you, all of us have sold our own rulers. There has always been the norm, as they could abduct people for their own purposes. And their targets, though it is hidden even from us, but I still know – brutal. They butchered the meat and continue to butcher people. Conduct experiments bullied. They also invented the cult of Satanism, in fact, is the servant stanisty aliens eating mostly cattle and people, sometimes – only power of death, that is – the souls of the victims".
INTERVIEWER: "Why Uzbekistan and that region? I’ve also just recently read that there has always been, and still there is increased activity of UFOs, people often encounter aliens".
"There’s a lot of gold and uranium. They take it for themselves. They have in fact all the gold in the world – and not in the bank. There are no storage facilities. They are all taking. I do not know why".
"Remember the scandal with the American poddelanym gold that China has revealed? And all of that gold in global reserves available virtually none. Even at banks, when you buy it yourself it is not given, is just a virtual, that is – the money for it".
INTERVIEWER: "What do we expect in the near future? You say that the end will come around soon".
"Their goal – the colonization of the planet. Governments are perfectly prepared for all this. Russia, once did not have time, and now is catching up rapidly. We’ve never taken so many laws at such a rate. And look, they are mostly punitive and controlling character. Our people do not understand and do not see why it makes me even sicker. A TV and special units treated with the people of the brain so that even if the aliens show and come to the area and will be dancing; very few people will be touched. Firstly, for many years the processing and implementation, they will be the main thing here, and secondly, people are emotionally exhausted psyche left to shock and resist. This technology is also, all the presidents have been trained and more security services – and the military brought them to life. This election really last. More choices there will be. Although it was only a parody of the election. Even Wang predicted that the 44th president of the United States is black, and it will be the last country. And Wang, as we know, was a great psychic and practically never wrong. From 2017 to begin another time for the whole planet … The time of the camp" …
INTERVIEWER: "But what – what can we all do – can we still prevent their plans"?
Find the force that is commensurate with them. This is also an alien, but of a spiritual orientation only. They do not contact face to face – we have fallen too low. It is harmful for such a dirty species to have this energy. They seem to have a law of free will that we can use. After all, we are the masters of the planet, we have to order it and put things right. They can help, but only if we change".

Lord Hill Norton
Peter John Hill-Norton, Baron Hill-Norton, GCB
"The evidence that there are objects which have been seen in our atmosphere – and even on terra firma – that cannot be accounted for either as man-made objects or as any physical force or effect known to our scientists seems to me to be overwhelming... A very large number of sightings have been vouched for by persons whose credentials seem to me.
"It is striking that so many have been trained observers such as police officers and airline or military pilots. Their observations have in many instances... been supported either by technical means such as radar or – even more convincingly – by... interference with electrical apparatus of one sort or another...."
"I have frequently been asked why a person of my background–a former Chief of the Defence Staff, a former Chairman of the NATO Military Committee–why I think there is a cover-up (of) the facts about UFOs. I believe governments fear that if they did disclose those facts, people would panic. I don't believe that at all. There is a serious possibility that we are being visited by people from outer space. It behoves us to find out who they are, where they come from, and what they want."
Air Chief Marshall Lord Dowding
Commanding Officer of the RAF during WWII.
"Of course the flying saucers are real, and they are interplanetary."
"During the Battle of Britain: "More than 10,000 sightings have been reported, the majority of which cannot be accounted for by any "scientific" explanation... I am convinced that these objects do exist and that they are not manufactured by any nation on Earth. I can therefore see no alternative to accepting the theory that they come from some extraterrestrial source."

"With control of the universe at stake, a crash program is imperative. We produced the A-bomb, under the huge Manhattan Project, in an amazingly short time. The needs, the urgency today are even greater. The Air Force should end UFO secrecy, give the facts to scientists, the public, to Congress. Once the people realize the truth, they would back, even demand a crash program...for this is one race we dare not lose."
"Russia and the U.S. have announced they are definitely planning several space machines. So it's quite possible that the first space ships or satellites may encounter other interplanetary machines, manned or otherwise. Our space devices may even be closely approached by such alien machines."

Geneneral Douglas MacArthur
An American five-star general and Field Marshal of the Philippine Army. He was Chief of Staff of the United States Army during the 1930s and played a prominent role in the Pacific theatre during World War II. He received the Medal of Honour for his service in the Philippines Campaign, which made him and his father Arthur Macarthur, Jr., the first father and son to be awarded the medal. He was one of only five men ever to rise to the rank of General of the Army in the US Army, and the only man ever to become a field marshal in the Philippine Army.
"You now face a new world, a world of change. We speak in strange terms, of harnessing the cosmic energy, of ultimate conflict between a united human race and the sinister forces of some other planetary galaxy. The nations of the world will have to unite, for the next war will be an interplanetary war. The nations of the earth must someday make a common front against attack by people from other planets."

General Vasily Alexeyev
Russian Air Force – Space Communications Centre.
Testimony of Major–General Vasily Alexeyev
(Our deepest gratitude to Valery Uvarov for interviewing Major General Alexeyev and to Michael Hesemann for sharing this interview.)
Major–General Alexyev, of the Space Communications Centre in Russia, is considered one of the most knowledgeable Russian Generals. He states that if extraterrestrials are capable of traversing vast distances, then they are probably from a higher level of civilization. And if this is true then they must be concerned with normal development of relations between people – constructive progress, not destructive. He says that if we look at our Earth history, we will see a tale of self-destruction, murder and death of entire peoples. He believes that advanced civilizations would not tolerate such behaviour because their life would have a different meaning and be understood in a larger context.
Major–General Alexyev knows of many eyewitness reports of unusual craft documented in specific Soviet papers. Various departments within the Government began investigating this phenomena including the Defence Ministry and the Academy of Sciences. They have many reports of UFO's seen over locations containing high concentrations of advanced science like nuclear facilities. In some cases they have learned how to create situations where they could deliberately provoke the appearance of UFO's, and in these "contacts" for example, they would point their arms in various directions and the UFO's would respond by flattening their spheres in the same direction. There was a case just outside Moscow where a warrant officer found himself at the site of a UFO landing and the extraterrestrials made contact with him telepathically and asked him if he would like to visit inside the craft.
VA: Vasily Alexeyev VU: Valery Uvarov
VA: The information coming in from the bases was of interest if only because it was not merely talk and rumours; there were eye-witnesses to phenomena and that was reflected in specific documents and the reports of officials. At times this information was of such a fascinating nature that it was impossible not to believe it. Later the question no longer seemed so fantastic and began to be examined at the level not only of the Defence Ministry, but of other government departments as well. This interest specifically expressed itself in certain experts being sent to investigate, especially to those places where UFOs, let's call them that, appeared quite frequently. I know a whole number of military bases in that category. As a rule they are objects of strategic significance, rocket complexes, scientific test establishments, in other words, there is a high concentration of advanced science and, to some degree, danger. Because every nuclear rocket, every new air force installation represents a breakthrough both in science and military terms; it is first and foremost a peak, the summit of human achievement. And that is where UFOs appeared fairly often. Moreover, individual officers and commanders on the spot who knew about the phenomenon and had no official instruction on the matter, acted on their own initiative to investigate UFOs, recording data, and so on. I know that in some places they even learned to create a situation which would deliberately provoke the appearance of a UFO. A UFO would appear where there was increased military activity connected, say, with the transportation of "special" loads. It was enough to artificially stimulate or schedule such a move for a UFO to appear. In other words, some kind of conditional relationship emerged. And they detected it. We're an intelligent nation; nothing escapes us. I know that at certain testing ranges – I won't name them, although it's no longer a secret – they even learnt to make contact of a kind. What did that consist of? First the UFO appeared; in most instances it was a sphere, but there were other kinds. Contact was achieved with the help of physical indications of behaviour – pointing your arms in various directions, say, and the sphere became flattened in the same direction. If you raised your arms three times, the UFO flattened out in a vertical direction three times as well.
In the early 1980s, on the instructions of the then Soviet leadership, experiments using technical devices (theodolites, radar stations, and others) were carried out as a result of which the unidentified objects were firmly recorded as instrumental data.
Reports of UFO sightings came in regularly. And evidently somewhere nearer the core of our leadership in the sphere of the Defence Ministry, the Academy of Sciences and so on, a lot of this kind of information began to build up. And not only from ordinary laymen, but from scientists and professionals as well. Military men in general are not inclined to fantasize. They only report what they see, what actually occurs. They are people you can believe. You should not forget that the arms race was still going on at this time, a struggle for military and other priorities. New discoveries in science and technology were being made all the time. The UFOs were something new and not understood. And there really was an idea that they might be some means of gathering intelligence. But it is interesting that one of the official versions from the commission, including among the final points, was the possibility that UFOs belonged to an extraterrestrial civilization! That was interesting!
By the nature of my work I received information from various military units across Russia, the Soviet Union, as it then was. I know that that material was sent on without any explanations or annotations to the relevant bodies higher up. I was aware that there were groups engaged in investigating UFOs, and perhaps something more, but at that time the level of secrecy over this question was such that all that took place was receiving information and subsequently sending it on higher up: People came to see me, but, as we were military men, there were no explanations of any kind. They simply said they were interested in this or that. Then they came up with a table with pictures of all the shapes of UFOs that had ever been recorded – about fifty – ranging from ellipses and spheres through to something resembling spaceships. Witnesses were asked what it looked like, then they pinned down the locality and so on. After which all the material was passed on. As a result, it is hard to say how the work was continued, to what extent it was scientific. I knew that some kind of work was going on in the Defence Ministry, the Academy of Sciences and the intelligence services. But things were such that those who weren't directly connected with the investigations didn't know what was going on. We only provided the information. I must admit that there was an awful lot of information. And here, around Moscow, above many air–defence sites, testing-ranges and other installations – those are the places where UFOs appear most often.
It is a global issue, a geopolitical one. I am sure that the Americans and other countries have built up a large quantity of this kind of information. I am certain today that there is a great deal of this information. And anyway, this issue, like thermonuclear weapons, is a global one. It is a question of the survival of humanity, considering how poor our conceptions about the environment and energy resources are, the ecological problems that are emerging. We burn up the oxygen and do a lot of other things, and in the last resort it is hard to say where we will end up and to what extent these processes are irreversible. A way out has to be found; there must be some kind of breakthrough. With those problems in mind, the study of UFOs may reveal some new forms of energy to us, or at least bring us closer to a solution. Therefore, questions bound up with the UFOs and all the accompanying phenomena are, I believe on the whole, the concern of all mankind. And here our leaders at the relevant level should take matters seriously and find an acceptable solution. Many prominent scientists of world rank have spoke of the need for such an approach. Why it hasn't come about yet is hard to say. Many countries today have reached a certain level in science and in the study of this question. We have obtained certain results and at present the issue is the creation of some single body that would bring together all our knowledge on this matter. I believe things would be easier then. The Americans have got something interesting, so have we.
Conclusions have been made and data assembled, for years gone by as well, and now they have been "shelved" somewhere. Perhaps it would be enough to put one thing together with another for the whole question to appear in a completely different light.
There was a case with us outside Moscow when two warrant officers felt an inner urge to go outside. And one of them found himself directly at the landing site of a flying device. He made mental contact – not at the level of speech, but telepathically, in thought forms. He was given an invitation to visit the space–ship, but due to fear or some purely personal reasons he couldn't accept. Later he made some interesting drawings of the ship. I saw their explanatory notes and drawings depicting what they had seen. Their account was supplemented by the reports and drawings of the duty officers and their deputies and a whole number of conscripts who were on guard duty. In all the accounts, the place and time were compatible and the drawings of the ship flying away had much in common.
When you have the mass of documentary material which I have worked with, from specific people, eye-witnesses, and that over a period of several years, in different regions, then your attitude to the UFO phenomenon naturally changes. You know, I have kept some photographs for myself.
There are a large number of facts like that, inexplicable for contemporary science. As if some kind of intelligence was reacting.
VU: What do you think? Are UFOs representatives of other civilizations?
VA: I think that if their level of civilization allows them to move in space across great distances, possibly in other forms of material – and that is indeed the case – then at their level of development, when it comes down to it, they are also concerned about normal relations between people, some sort of progress, ultimately the survival of intelligent life, if it does exist in the world. And if we look at the Earth from that point of view, then our whole history is a tale of self-destruction, and not creation. It's the history of murders and the death of whole peoples. Not a singe truly civilized society could tolerate that. Life has a different meaning. No normal person can walk past if a child is drowning! They will save it, if only because the child represents their future. And the higher the level of civilization, the greater the awareness of that. If that works at the level of the single individual, then it will also work at the level of civilizations. But they do not interfere nevertheless, because each civilization should develop independently, according to certain laws. Outside interference in natural processes is always a risky business. But some sort of correction, not allowing processes of disintegration to being when they will bring the history of civilization to an end, is evidently included in the plans of the Higher Intelligence.

"UFOs are both extraterrestrial and manmade. It's not that our government doesn't want us to know that there are people on other planets. What the people in power don't want us to know is that this free energy [from energy generators developed with UFO technology] is available to everybody. So secrecy about the UFOs is because of the energy issue. When this knowledge is found out by the people, they will demand that our government release this technology, and it will change the world."

Lt. Col. Charles Halt
Base commander of RAF Bentwaters, near Woodbridge, Suffolk.
After serving in Vietnam, Japan and Korea, he was assigned to
Bentwaters as deputy commander. The Rendlesham Forest incident of
late December 1980 occurred shortly afterwards, and he was an
important witness to events on the second night of sightings.
In the late hours of December 27, and early December 28, 1980 then Lieutenant Colonel Halt led a patrol to investigate an alleged UFO landing site near the eastern edge of Rendlesham Forest. During this investigation they witnessed several unidentified lights, most prominent of them being a bright flashing light in the direction of Orford Ness. In January 1981 Halt composed an official Air Force memorandum listing details of the events. The memo was then dispatched to the Ministry of Defence. Halt also made an audio tape recording of the incident.
"I believe the event to be extraterrestrial and it had been covered up by both the UK and US."
"I believe the objects that I saw at close quarter were extraterrestrial in origin and that the security services of both the United Kingdom and the United States have attempted–both then and now–to subvert the significance of what occurred at Rendlesham Forest and RAF Bentwaters by the use of well–practiced methods of disinformation."
"While in Rendlesham Forest, our security team observed a light that looked like a large eye, red in colour, moving through the trees. After a few minutes this object began dripping something that looked like molten metal. A short while later it broke into several smaller, white-coloured objects which flew away in all directions. Claims by sceptics that this was merely a sweeping beam from a distant lighthouse are unfounded; we could see the unknown light and the lighthouse simultaneously. The latter was 35 to 40 degrees off where all of this was happening."
Capt. Robert L Salas
Graduated from the U.S. Air Force Academy and spent seven years in active duty from 1964 to 1971. He also held positions at Martin Marietta and Rockwell and spent 21 years at the FAA. In the Air Force, he was an air traffic controller and a missile launch officer as well as an engineer on the Titan 3 missiles.
This UFO incident happened on the morning of March 16, 1967.
"I was on duty along with my commander Fred Mywald. We were both on duty at Oscar Flight as part of the 490th strategic missile squad and there are five launch control facilities assigned to that particular squadron. It was still dark out and we were sixty feet underground [at the ICBM launch control facility]."
"It was early in the morning and I received a call from my topside security guard who's the flight security controller. He said that he and some of the guards had been observing some strange lights flying around the site around the launch control facility. He said they were acting very unusual just flying around, and I said, "You mean UFOS?" He said, well, he didn't know what they were, but they were lights and were flying around. They were not airplanes; they weren't making any noise. They were not helicopters; they were making some very strange maneuvers and he couldn't explain it."
"It wasn't more than a few minutes – maybe a half hour later – and he calls back. This time he's very frightened. I can tell by the tone of his voice he's very shook up. He says, "Sir, there's a glowing red object hovering right outside the front gate. I'm looking at it right now. I've got all the men out here with their weapons drawn."
"I immediately went over to my commander who was taking a nap – we have a little cot down there for rest periods – and I was telling him about the telephone call we just received. As I was relating this to him our missiles started shutting down one by one. By shutting down, I mean they went into a 'no–go' condition meaning they could not be launched. So we get bells and whistles – a red light no–go condition."
"These weapons were Minuteman One missiles, and were of course nuclear-tipped warhead missiles. As they started shutting down, immediately he gets up, and we both start querying the status board. We've got the ability to query and determine what the cause of the shutdowns was. As I recall, most of them were guidance and control system failures. And then he started reporting to the command post. In the meantime I called upstairs to find out what the status was of this object and the guard said, well, the object has left – it just left at high speed."
"The Air Force did an extensive investigation of the entire incident and was not able to come up with a probable cause for the shutdowns. And I've got quite a few witnesses that will testify to that. We've got a couple of people who worked on the investigative team. And I've got correspondence from the man who actually organized the investigative team. There was no viable explanation for this [shutdown of multiple ICBMs]."
"Each missile is basically self–supporting. Most of them are powered by commercial power but each missile has its own power generator. At our site anywhere from six to eight went down, but they went down in rapid succession, which again is an extremely rare happening. We rarely had more than one missile go down for any reason at all."
"After I talked to my guard upstairs, my commander talked to the command post. When he finished talking to the command post he turned to me and said, "The same thing occurred at ECHO Flight." ECHO Flight is another squadron, I'd say probably 50 to 60 miles away from our location, but they had the same sort of thing happen. They had UFOs that were hovering, not at the launch control facility, but at the actual launch facilities where the missiles are located. They had some maintenance and security people out there at the time and they observed the UFOs at those sites. Now they lost all ten of their weapons – all ten."
"So, we lost anywhere from between 16 to 18 ICBMs at the same time UFOs were in the area and were observed by airmen. Those missiles were down the entire day because we've got testimony from Colonel Don Crawford, who relieved the crew at ECHO Flight. He was there when the missiles were being brought up to alert status, and he said it took the whole day. So I'm assuming it took our missiles all day to be brought back up also."
"I wrote up a report about this incident – it was in my log – and I turned it in. When we got to the base, we had to report to our squadron commander right away. And in that room with my squadron commander was a fellow from AFOSI (we had an Air Force Office of Special Investigations on the base). He was there in the office with the commander. He asked for my logs, and he wanted a quick briefing, although it seemed to me he knew pretty much what had happened already. But we gave him a quick briefing."
"Then he asked us both to sign a non-disclosure agreement saying this was classified information. We were not to release this to anybody, and that was it. We couldn't talk. He told us we could not talk about this to anyone, including any of the other crews, our spouses, our family, even amongst each other."
"I've got a copy of a telex which we received under FOIA (Freedom of Information Act) coming from SAC (Strategic Air Command) headquarters and coming to Malstrom and other bases right after the morning that happened saying that this incident was of extreme concern to SAC headquarters because they couldn't explain it. Nobody could explain what happened. And yet we never got de-briefed. And we were cleared for very high classification because these are nuclear weapons we're dealing with."
"We did get the security incursion alarms at those sites when the missile went down. That is unusual because usually when a missile went down for something like guidance failure, we wouldn't get security incursion alarms, which means a perimeter is breached, an object crossed the fence, or something broke the security alarm system that we had on the perimeter of the launch facility. I did sent out guards to a couple of those facilities to investigate that."
"The reason I think this story is very significant is because, going back to August of 1966 at Minot, ND, a very similar thing happened at one of the launch control facilities at Minot Air Force Base. They had the same kind of weapon system that we had. They had M-1 missiles. This [UFO] was observed on radar, there was some communication failure, and the object was observed over the launch control facility. That happened in August 1966 and that's a well-documented incident."
"About a week prior to my incident, in March 1967, I've got a record of a call from one of the security guards who was out roaming looking at the launch facilities and saw an object very similar to what I just described over the launch facility."
"Bob Kominski headed up the organization to look at all aspects of these shutdowns. Kominski related to me in writing that at some point he was told by his boss that the Air Force said, "Stop the investigation. Do no more on this and in addition do not write a final report." Again, this is very unusual, especially in light of the fact that CINC-SAC headquarters was stating that this was of extreme importance. And yet, the head of the investigative team was told during the investigation to stop the investigation and not to write a final report."
General George C. Marshall
U.S. Army Chief of Staff in World War II; Secretary of State, 1947. George Catlett Marshall, Jr. (December 31, 1880 to October 16, 1959) was an American statesman and soldier, famous for his leadership roles during World War II and the Cold War. He was Chief of Staff of the United States Army under two U.S. Presidents, and served as Secretary of State, and then Secretary of Defence, under President Harry S. Truman. He was hailed as the "organizer of victory" by Winston Churchill, the British Prime Minister, for his leadership of the Allied victory in World War II. Marshall served as the United States Army Chief of Staff during the war and as the chief military adviser to President Franklin D. Roosevelt.
"The United States has recovered UFOs and their occupants. The UFOs were from a different planet and they were friendly. They have been hovering over defence facilities and airports. The U.S. authorities were convinced they had nothing to fear from them. The U.S. wanted people to concentrate on the real menace, communism, and not be distracted by the visitors from space. There has actually been contact with the men in the UFOs and there have been landings."

Sgt. Bob Dean
Dean retired from the U.S. Army as a Command Sergeant Major after a 28-year career. Former NATO intelligence analyst for SHAPE (Supreme Headquarters Allied Powers Europe).
He has appeared on radio programs, TV documentaries and at conferences discussing the subject of UFOs and a government cover up of alien visitations to Earth. Dean claims to have viewed a classified government document called "The Assessment" that allegedly discussed threats posed by alien activity on Earth, and concluded that no such threats existed. Dean says he considers himself a professional UFO researcher and had "cosmic top secret" clearance while in the military. In 1992 while employed as emergency services coordinator for Pima County, Arizona, Dean sued his employer for discrimination, saying he was treated unfairly because of his belief in UFOs, and because of his age, reportedly settling for $100,000.
Dean who has served 27 years in the Army and has researched UFOs for the last 40 years once saw an astonishing super-secret NATO report entitled "The Assessment". This top-secret report had been complied in the early 1960s by top-level military experts and scientists and its conclusions were:
- Earth has been spied upon by several extraterrestrial civilizations for thousands of years.
- These civilizations appear to be peaceful since they are so advanced they could have taken over our planet by now.
- The visitors are increasing contact with us in a gradual unfolding of a plan in which they eventually interact with Earth's inhabitants.
Bob Dean's conclusions from his 40-year study is that The human race is a hybrid race and not only are we not alone in the Cosmos, but we also have never been alone.
Dean also stated, "The human race has had an intimate inter-relationship with several high technologies, extremely advanced extraterrestrial civilizations for several thousand years."
"They made...a recommendation to General Limnitzer, the American four star general that I worked for. And they suggested this is so sensitive ... The conclusions that we have reached, we believe could be...substantially earthshaking to the people unless they're prepared for it. We believe at this point that this should be given the highest classification NATO has [which] at that time was and still is Cosmic Top Secret."

"Wright Patterson Air Force Base... was the headquarters for the foreign technology division of the U.S. Air Force. It later became the headquarters for the alien technology division of the U.S. Air Force. Wright Patterson, for many many years was the central repository of not only the hardware, but some of the little bodies and even some of the living crew members who had been retrieved. But it became very clear after a time that there wasn't enough room at Wright Patterson Air Force Base. We literally filled up hangar after hangar with hardware. We're storing it now in at least three different Air Force bases and much of it is being kept underground at a place not too far from Las Vegas just beyond Nellis Air Force Base which is repeatedly referred to as Dreamland, Groom Lake, or Site 51. That, today is one of the biggest repositories of hardware."
Dean also is on record saying how the possible outbreak of WW3 was close when a fleet of UFO's flew from the Soviet sector. Later they found out that the Russians thought the same craft were NATO.

"We were naturally anxious to get hold of one of the [UFOs]. We told pilots to do practically anything in reason, even if they had to grab one by the tail."
Rear Admiral Delmar Fahrney
Former head of the Navy's guided-missile program.
"No agency in this country or Russia is able to duplicate at this
time the speeds and accelerations which radars and observers
indicate these flying objects are able to achieve...There are
objects coming into our atmosphere at very high speeds."
"Unidentified Flying Objects are entering our atmosphere at very high speeds and obviously under intelligent control. We must solve this riddle without delay."

Major General Joe W. Kelly
General Joe William Kelly (January 19, 1910 to July 8, 1979) was a U.S. Air Force general and Commander, Military Air Transport Service (MATS). He was the first four-star commander of MATS, and was commander at the time the command was transitioning to jet aircraft. In 1961 he personally piloted the first jet aircraft assigned to MATS on its maiden voyage from the Boeing factory at Renton, Washington to MATS Eastern Transport Air Force at McGuire Air Force Base.
"Air Force interceptors still pursue Unidentified Flying Objects as a matter of national security to this country and to determine technical aspects involved."
"Something is going on in the skies....that we do not understand. If all the airline pilots and Air Force pilots who have seen UFOs–and sometimes chased them–have been the victims of hallucinations, then an awful lot of pilots should be taken off and forbidden to fly."
Former Air Force intelligence officer who spent many years investigating the UFO phenomenon for the US military.
"That movie Close Encounters of The Third Kind is more realistic
than you believe."
This statement was made in 1982 after his retirement when he announced that he was convinced UFOs were intelligently controlled, extraterrestrial vehicles. He would give no further details of his work, but said:
"that very little of the information in possession of the military had been released."
He disclosed that:
"The Airforce believes that the very bright, sometimes blinding lights associated with UFO's are related to their propulsion systems, allowing them to travel faster that light."

General in the Spanish Air Force and former Commander of Spain's Third Aerial Region.
"I believe that UFOs are spaceships or extraterrestrial craft... The nations of the World are currently working together in the investigation of the UFO phenomenon. There is an international exchange of data. Maybe when this group of nations acquires more precise and definite information, it will be possible to release the news to the World."

Col. Steve Wilson
A further glimpse into the
military's secretive obsession with UFO technology was provided by
Colonel Steve Wilson, U.S. Air Force (ret.), former head of Project
Pounce – an elite Air Force/National Reconnaissance Organization Special Forces unit which
retrieves downed UFOs. Colonel Wilson reports that "the first
successful U.S. antigravity flight took place July 18, 1971 at
S4/Dreamland [Area-51] wherein light-bending capabilities were also
demonstrated to obtain total invisibilities. Present at this flight
were notables such as Admiral Bobbie Ray Inman [former National
Security Agency director], who is now head of SAIC [Science
Applications International, Incorporated] in San Diego, CA which
makes the antigravity drives."
Colonel Wilson also revealed that the recent announcement by Lockheed about an unmanned, electric-propulsion reconnaissance unit with short wings named "Dark Star" was actually a "cover" project. The exotic technology being concealed is the real Dark Star designated the X–22A, and manufactured by the Lockheed Skunk Works at Helendale, CA. This Dark Star is an operational, 2-man, wingless antigravity craft.
I saw this UFO-copycat antigravity craft in test flight at Area-51 in 1992. Its metallic airframe in flight is obscured by an intense bluish-white light which pulsates off–and–on at about 2–second intervals. During the phase where the intense light is off, the craft frame disappears from optical view (and NOT just because its light was off), then reappears several hundred yards distant horizontally in the lit mode.
Does that mean that this craft travels by small jumps through hyper-space? Gravity does bend space-time.
General Denis Letty
Headed the French COMETA report. (COMité d'ÉTudes Approfondies; "Committee for In-Depth Studies") was an unofficial French UFO study organization from the late 1990s, composed of high-ranking officials and military officers. The study was carried out over several years by an independent group of auditors and former auditors at IHEDN (Institut des hautes études de défense nationale; "the Institute of Advanced Studies for National Defense"), a French military think-tank, and various other experts. The group was responsible for the COMETA Report (1999) on UFOs and their possible implications for defense in France.
The report concluded that about 5% of the UFO cases they studied were utterly inexplicable and the best hypothesis to explain them was the extraterrestrial hypothesis. The authors also accused the United States government of engaging in a massive cover-up of the evidence.
"I first became aware of UFOs in 1965 as a captain in the 3rd staff headquarters of the Tactical Air Force (FATAC) in the city of Metz, when I received all the reports submitted by the national police in the territory of the 1st Area. Some were disconcerting."
"Since there was no perceptible threat, we simply filed them away. At first I was only a bit taken aback, but then competent pilots I knew personally gradually admitted having been confronted by these phenomena."

Colonel-General Alexander Skryabin
This Russian General allegedly personally communicated with extraterrestrials. He was sent underground to have training with them… He said that this was a terrible experience… The General said that humanity was sold to the Satanic extraterrestrials by our Presidents and our corrupted governments.
INTERVIEWER:“And you’ve seen how presidents communicate with them”?
“Yes, several times I have personally seen how Gorbachev met with them, and then once Yeltsin”.
INTERVIEWER:“Are they, really, like in the movies kidnapped people and then people do not remember”?
“True. I’m telling you, all of us have sold our own rulers. There has always been the norm, as they could abduct people for their own purposes. And their targets, though it is hidden even from us, but I still know – brutal. They butchered the meat and continue to butcher people. Conduct experiments bullied. They also invented the cult of Satanism, in fact, is the servant stanisty aliens eating mostly cattle and people, sometimes – only power of death, that is – the souls of the victims”
